The call came with a deadline attached: The Marlings was joining Unique Homestays, the photography was booked, and the pool needed to go from lawn to swimming before it. Most pool companies would have quoted next season. We dug, built, filled and commissioned the whole pool in six weeks. A build at that pace leaves nothing to hide behind - every trade has to arrive on the right day, every decision has to be made once and made correctly. It's exactly the kind of project our five-or-six-a-year approach exists for: when we take a job on, the whole team is on it. The Marlings now features on Unique Homestays, pool and all.

Lightkeepers came to us as an existing pool with a rental deadline: the property was being prepared for holiday letting, and the pool needed refurbishment and a proper safety cover before guests could ever swim in it. For a let property a compliant, automatic safety cover isn't a luxury — it's what insurers and letting agents demand, and it's the difference between a pool being an asset and a liability. We refurbished the pool and installed the cover in time for the first bookings. It's a smaller story than a full build — but it's the same standard applied: turn up when promised, do it properly, and hand back a pool that's ready to earn its keep. If you own a holiday let with a tired or non-compliant pool, this is exactly the kind of project we fit around the main builds.
